Microsoft Visio 2010 is a part of Microsoft Office 2010. Since Microsoft Office 2010 is not free, one can only view the drawings created in Visio 2010 who has Visio 2010 installed. Microsoft Visio Viewer 2010 is a free viewer from Microsoft which can let you view the drawings created in Visio for free.
Microsoft Visio Viewer 2010 also allows printing through Internet Explorer but it’s only limited to the portion of the drawing displayed. Visio Viewer 2010 can display drawings in the following formats: .vsd, .vss, .vst, .vdx, .vsx, or .vtx. Visio 2010 supports all the formats created in previous versions of Visio 2010 through Visio 5. You can also customize some of the display settings in Visio Viewer 2010.

Please note that display shapes drawn with the Ink tool in Visio, you must use Microsoft Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP. Shapes drawn with the Ink tool will not display on Windows 2000.
