If you’re running Windows 7 or Windows 2008 Server, you may see in Application Log repeated events with ID 4107 or if you’re running Windows Vista then the Event log ID can be 11. This event ID means that the certificate “Microsoft Certificate Trust List Publisher” has expired and the URL cache needs to be cleared in order to stop getting this message.
So how do you clear the certificate URL cache? It’s very simple. Just go to the command prompt by writing cmd in the Search Programs and Files box in the Start Menu and then issue the following command from the command prompt:
certutil -urlcache * delete
