Microsoft Security Update for April 2011 has been released and is available for download through Windows Update. This is a huge update with 17 patches which fix about 64 security issues in Microsoft products. While the March update only had Windows patches, the April security update include patches for Windows, Office and Internet Explorer.

There are two ways to download the security updates. You can go to the Microsoft Download Center and download the security patches individually or otherwise download the full ISO image of April Security Updates [4330.3MB] which includes all the security patches released by Microsoft in April.
