Internet Explorer 9 RC is already out and is available for direct download. While the release of IE9 Final is somewhere around in the mid of March, the release candidate has been downloaded more than 2 million times. If you want to install IE9 with special conditions, you can do it through command line switches. For example if I want to extract the contents of the installer, I can use the /x command line switch with IE9 installer. Here is a list of Internet Explorer 9 installer command line switches:
