If you are working in a Microsoft Excel 2007 or Excel 2010 and you want to work as a team, Microsoft Excel 2007 and 2010 give an option to share the Excel workbook among multiple users so that they can work on the same sheet at the same time.
To share a workbook in Excel 2007 or Excel 2010, open the workbook you want to share follow the instructions below:
- Go to the Review tab
- In the Changes group, select Share Workgroup
- In the next popup dialog, select the users you want to work with.
